Jon Atkinson appointed as Head of Babel's Mobile division

Babel is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Atkinson as Head of the company's Mobile division.

Jon started his career as a Systems Tester for Nortel Networks, and arrives with more than 10 years of experience of managing both UK and Outsourced software development teams. After working for Nortel Networks for twelve years Jon completed two years as the Applications Development Manager at Sage before joining Babel Media.

He is now heading a team of more than 100 full time, contract and freelance testers, handset porters and QA coordinators to deliver a range of high quality Mobile QA and Porting services solutions, working closely with Babel's Quality Standards department.

Babel now has offices in Brighton, New Delhi and Santa Monica. The company employs up to 200 permanent and freelance staff worldwide.
