iWin Launches Sequel To Massively Successful Puzzler Jewel Quest(R)

In Casual Game Industry First, Jewel Quest 2® Gets Simultaneous Multi Channel, Platform Release; Game debuts Online, on Mobile, at Retail and as MS Vista-Optimized Version at Vista Launch

SAN FRANCISCO - Feb. 8, 2007 - Leading developer, publisher and distributor of casual games, iWin, is set to release the highly-anticipated Jewel Quest 2, sequel to the award-winning match game that has achieved more than 40 million downloads since its 2004 debut. In a move that confirms the rapid pace at which the casual games sector is maturing-the International Game Developers Association says that the market's revenues are expected to rise to more than $2 billion by 2008 within the U.S. alone-iWin will be the first company to make a casual game available online, on mobile platforms and at retail simultaneously with Jewel Quest 2. The game, a Microsoft Windows Vista launch title, takes advantage of the new Operating System's many enhancements upon its release. At the same time, a mobile version of the game will become available to more than one billion mobile customers through iWin's strategic partnership with mobile entertainment company, I-play.

In Jewel Quest 2, players venture into the heart of Africa with Rupert Pack and three all-new characters, as they search for the secrets of the mysterious gold boards. The game introduces 144 unique layouts that take gamers through 180 puzzles with different configurations that allow for higher levels of sophistication and engagement. Quest fans will enjoy all-new abilities, challenges, and power-ups, as well as original graphics, sound effects and musical score. The game will also feature a tournament mode that allows players to compete against others and post results to a high-score board. Built as a Microsoft Windows Vista launch title, Jewel Quest 2 leverages the new Operating System with captivating visual effects, compatibility with the Xbox 360 controller and more.

"Jewel Quest is our flagship title and we are proud to herald in the next era of casual games with the release of its long-awaited sequel," said CJ Wolf, CEO of iWin. "Our simultaneous launch proves the power of casual games as an entertainment medium, especially when we can partner with Microsoft and I-play -leading players in computers and mobile entertainment -to put our top brand in the hands of a broad audience wherever and whenever they'd like to play it."

The original Jewel Quest was the winner of Real Arcade's 2004 award for Best Puzzle Game and a finalist for the 2004 Billboard Digital Entertainment Award for Downloadable Game of the Year, and has inspired iWin's development of a larger Quest franchise which includes follow-up games Mah Jong Quest and Jewel Quest® Solitaire.

Jewel Quest 2 marks iWin's seventh title and collaboration with I-play through which the mobile entertainment company distributes iWin's titles on mobile platforms throughout the world. I-play's mobile version of the original Jewel Quest won the award for Best Puzzle Game of 2005 from Mobile Game Faqs. Since their debuts, the mobile games of the Quest franchise have together achieved more than 2 million downloads.

"Like its predecessors in the Quest franchise, Jewel Quest 2 is bound to become a must-have title on mobile phones in 2007," said David Gosen, CEO of I-play. "Our continued partnership with iWin allows us to bring the most compelling and innovative casual game experiences to mobile users worldwide and we look forward to releasing more great titles in the future."
