Wimbledon, London, August 16, 2006. Interactive Selection, the market leader for recruitment in games and interactive entertainment, would like to announce that the Interactive Selection MD David Smith has been invited to speak at another games conference, following hot on the heals of his speech at GC Developer Conference (GCDC) in Leipzig Germany on August 21 to 23, 2006, he will be one of the leading speakers at this year's The Nordic Games in Malmö, Sweden, on the 19-20 September.
This conference for the first two years was simply called Nordic Game Potential, the conference is now simply to be known as Nordic Game. The concise name marks this birth of a much larger event for 2006, including four simultaneous conference programs, a wide range of speakers and twice as many expected participants.
David Smith will be speaking on "Don't gamble with your game. Attract and keep the very best game developers working with you on your project."
"Great games are made when developers attract and retain the very best of staff", commented David Smith, "so my talk is targeted towards all game developers with an interest in hiring the best co-workers and all those interested in working for companies with the best hiring and retention policies".
"With the challenges of next-gen development and the increasing size of teams, human resources and recruitment becomes management issues of great importance for developers. We are proud to announce David Smith of Interactive Selection, who is one of this industry's most respected and experienced recruiters, as a speaker at Nordic Game 2006." - Per Strömbäck, Nordic Game.
