Said Martine Parry, the organizer.

In the morning is the ultimate games design workshop: Design Rules! with veteran games designer and co-founder IGDA Ernest Adams and in the afternoon, the best group of Machinima film-makers and experts you will find in London this side of Winter all come together for It's Showtime - they are all itching to showcase film segments; debate the emerging business model, including the impact of recent tightening of IP issues associated with using Microsoft engines; show through an in-depth tutorial the features of the new IP-free engine MovieStorm - and provide the inside track on what judges look for when making awards.

Ernest Adams said: "In the Design Rules! workshop on 25th October you gain the knowledge to develop compelling and emotive games through interactive group working with your peers. It is open to all who have a love for games whatever their background or professional interest."
