IN-FUSIO Expands Presence In South America With Second Major Deal This Year... And Others On The Way

IN-FUSIO Extends the Reach of its Portfolio of Top Quality Games to Major Brazilian Distributor. To date, IN-FUSIO has a Presence in 11 Countries in Central and Southern America

Bordeaux, France - June 22, 2005 - IN-FUSIO, a leading mobile games publisher and game service provider, has bolstered its presence in the rapidly growing South American market with the signing of a new distribution agreement with Brazilian distributor SupportComm. The deal comes three months since IN-FUSIO's first foray into the region with the main Brazilian operator Vivo.

SupportComm is a distributor to Brazil's main operators including Claro (America Moviles Group), Brazil Telecom, Telemig Cel and Amazonia Cellular. The deal means that Supportcomm's 18 million customers now have access to top IN-FUSIO titles. The games now available via Supportcomm include IN-FUSIO's licensed titles: the Game Boy AdvanceTM (GBA) blockbuster Banjo-KazooieTM Grunty's Revenge: Mobile, Sabre Wulf® Mobile as well as its own award-winning original titles Shado Fighter, Fruit Factory and Dakar 2005.

IN-FUSIO regards the South American market as increasingly important giving it immediate access to more than 100 million subscribers - a figure that is predicted to grow by 30% annually. IN-FUSIO's presence in South America began at the start of the year with its relationship with Brazilian distributor Vivo, which currently carries the IF Racing 2, The TerminatorTM: I'm Back and the Microsoft-licensed Zoo Tycoon® 2 Mobile. A second Microsoft-licensed blockbuster, Midtown Madness® 3 Mobile, will also soon be launched at Vivo.

"Opportunities in South America are growing very fast. By signing these agreements we are simultaneously working with the five biggest operators in Brazil. We are confident that our games portfolio, with blockbusters that made their names on the Game Boy Advance along with our award-winning original games, will prove to be just as successful in South America" said Gilles Raymond, co-CEO and founder, IN-FUSIO. "In the coming weeks, we will make some new deal announcements in Mexico, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina." added Raymond.
