ILM/STRIKE deal

Rights secured to Britain's Got Talent martial arts act.

10th August 2009 London, UK, Interactive Licensing Management has agreed to a deal with the Britain’s Got Talent finalists STRIKE. Martial arts experts Liam Richards and Danny Ball. The deal will include all current and future interactive platforms.

ABOUT STRIKE

STRIKE is made up of two exceptional Martial Artists, Liam Richards, 20 and Danny Ball, 22. STRIKE are a performance martial arts duo that combine different styles of martial arts, acrobatics, gymnastics and dance, all choreographed to music. It is a unique act because of its high intensity, explosive energy and synchronisation.

STRIKE burst onto the scene through ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, punching, kicking and flipping their way into the final show. With over 15 million people in the UK tuning into the live final, STRIKE achieved their goal of making martial arts entertaining and inspired many to take up martial arts. Immediately after the TV show STRIKE toured with the Britain’s Got Talent finalist’s around 22 venues in the UK, performing to thousands each night.

Since the show STRIKE have been performing their shows to large audiences Worldwide and worked alongside Boyzone, Jack Dee, Alesha Dixon, Gemma Atkinson and many more.

Over Christmas STRIKE performed in the Peter Pan pantomime at the Manchester Opera house. STRIKE have launched a fun-based martial arts program which will be in over 50 sports centres by the end of the year. They are also working with the NHS getting kids fitter and raising aspirations.

The duo are touring schools teaching workshops and talking to children about lifeskills such as discipline, focus, confidence, respect and self-control, along with promoting anti-bullying via the charity Beat Bullying.
