IGN'S DIRECT2DRIVE LAUNCHES DIGITAL DOWNLOADS OF BLOCKBUSTER MOVIES, HIT TV SHOWS AND ANIME TITLES

IGN Entertainment's Digital Download Retail Store Partners With 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate and Starz Media to Extend Entertainment Offerings

LOS ANGELES, November 15, 2006 - Direct2Drive, IGN Entertainment's premiere digital retail store, today announced multi-year agreements with 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), the leading independent filmed entertainment studio, Starz Media, including Starz Home Entertainment and its anime company Manga Entertainment, and Central Park Media. With these partnerships, Direct2Drive has introduced the addition of premier movies, television shows and anime on a download-to-own basis, complementing the comprehensive catalogue of video game offerings currently available. To better display the diverse content available to them, Direct2Drive customers will find the site revamped with new features to highlight the latest and hottest content available ( http://www.direct2drive.com). Direct2Drive will feature classic titles from the studio partners' libraries as well as new releases including Fox's X-Men: The Last Stand, Saw 2 from Lionsgate and Manga Entertainment's Ghost in the Shell.

"As an innovative company, we are constantly looking for new and exciting ways to add value and increase access to our vast catalogue of filmed entertainment content," said Jon Ferro, Executive Vice President, Television Distribution, Lionsgate. "We are excited to offer our motion picture product to the forward thinking consumers on Direct2Drive."

"This is an exciting new partnership for Starz Media, Starz Home Entertainment and Manga Entertainment," says Marc DeBevoise, SVP, business development & strategy, Starz Media. "As we continue to build out our reach to the digital consumer, Direct2Drive's user base is a perfect match for many of the titles in our library."

Since launching in October 2004, Direct2Drive (D2D) has allowed gamers to conveniently purchase and download the latest premium games, gaining popularity among IGN's large customer base with its growing roster of top games and publishers. With this extension, D2D achieves its vision to provide fans a one-stop shop to find digital content from their favorite franchises. The new content will provide a destination where fans of a particular franchise can locate the movies, TV, anime, video games, and comics in digital form all in one place. In the coming months, D2D will offer special package bundles of related films, TV series and games.

"Much like the market for downloads of full PC games in 2004, digital distribution of movies and TV programming is now in its earliest stages," said Jamie Berger, general manager of IGN Consumer Products. "We are thrilled to offer IGN's technology savvy consumers premium movies and TV shows in the highest quality format at competitive prices."

Direct2Drive will promote the new offering and future releases throughout the IGN Entertainment network through cross-promotions at Fox Interactive Media properties including IGN.com, Rotten Tomatoes, and Film Force, among others.

Customers will find that film and TV show purchases are directly transferable to Windows Media compatible portable devices, giving users a convenient way to take video content with them on the go. Additionally, movies, TV shows and anime titles are available in DVD quality 2.5 mbps encoding.

Direct2Drive's secure digital download service will enable users to transfer content to up to two PCs and one portable device per PC. Content will be available at competitive prices: Approximately $7.99 to $19.99 for feature film releases and $1.99 per TV series episode.
