HIP GAMES ANNOUNCES "WHO WANTS TO BE A ZOMBIE” CONTEST FOR GEORGE A. ROMERO'S "CITY OF THE DEAD" GAME

Submit Your Photo to Become an Undead in the Latest George A. Romero Title

TORONTO, CANADA - June 8, 2005 - Hip GamesTM today launched a competition for three lucky individuals to become zombies in the upcoming horror survival shooter "City of the Dead," the first installment of the George A. Romero series of video games. Developed by Kuju Entertainment, "City of the Dead" will be released on the PlayStation®2, Xbox® and PC CD-ROM in Q1 2006.

"We thought this would be a great opportunity for George A. Romero fans to get some 'face time' with one of his titles before the 2006 ship date," said Arindra Singh, President and CEO of Hip Interactive Corp. "We look forward to also getting a sneak peek at what Romero fans look like, as well!"

To enter and become a zombie in "City of the Dead", contestants are asked to submit one digital photograph with an angry facial expression. Those selected as finalists will be contacted to submit additional photographs with various facial expressions. Long hair should be tied back in a low ponytail and glasses should be removed.

June 8th - June 20th

All entrants must be 18 years or older and winners will be required to sign a model release form. Three winners will be randomly selected on June 22 and announced on GameSpot's weekly live show the week of June 27, 2005. The three winners will be zombies in the game, receive credit in the game's manual, and a free copy of the game.
