Luigi Fumero, Impressionware's Managing Director, added, "Until now Impressionware has worked with several high profile IPs and we have been pretty successful in releasing impressive branded games. While we will keep on doing that we also want to start building our own new IPs. Hermit Crab is one of our first efforts in that direction and we will support it with various additional activities, including releasing web comics and web mini-games. Hermit Crab will show how high our production values are."

The game will be ready by Q4 2007 supporting all major handsets. Impressionware is actively looking for mobile games publishers interested in participating in the project.
