Def Leppard celebrate the release of their latest studio album, ‘Songs From The Sparkle Lounge’, with a very special signing session at HMV’s flagship store on Oxford Street in London’s West End on Wednesday 7th May.

The band will be at the store from 6.00 pm to meet fans and sign copies of the new album which is officially released on Monday 5th May. The event will be the legendary band’s first in-store at HMV.

As part of the event, Def Leppard celebrate the release of the brand new single, ‘Nine Lives’ featuring Tim McGraw, which is available for download through worldwide smash hit videogame ‘Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock’. This is the first time EVER a band or artist has released a new single ahead of its traditional launch through a videogame.

All fans that attend the HMV event will be in with a chance to win an exclusive Guitar Hero branded & signed Ephiphone plus VIP tickets to see Def Leppard in concert @ Wembley on 26th June. And as an added bonus, HMV will be running a Guitar Hero offer on the day of the in-store, so fans can take home Guitar Hero III and unleash their inner rock legend!

Due to time restrictions access to the queue to meet the band is strictly limited. Wristbands will be available from the store on the day of the event from 9.00 am on a first-come first-served basis, no reservations, one per customer only, subject to availability.
