First winners of Art & Video Games contest on display.

For immediate release

The leading publisher of free-to-play MMORPG - Gala Networks Europe, operating the gPotato.eu portal. In partnership with foolstrip.com organized the « Art & Video Games » contest which showcased the talents of young illustrators. The two winners of the event were unveiled last June and have been offered a contract with the publishers, which now displays their first creations.

Aimed at supporting young European artists, the « Art & Video Games » contest awarded two French illustrators : Alexandre Guillaume and Malika Le Gall. These artists began working on new artworks for the games Flyff and Rappelz. The Flyff artwork by Malika Le Gall shows a scene that isn’t new to players : two young adventurers fighting with a fierce « Bang ». The Rappelz artwork on the otherhand by Alexandre Guillaume highlights the core of this free MMORPG by showing a tamer in the middle of all creatures of the game, including the terrible White Dragon which was added at the last expansion.

Two illustrations will be produced every month for one year, until the next issue of the « Art & Video Games » contest.
