Gottaplay and Ziff Davis Game Group Power Up with Strategic Marketing Partnership

Agreement to Include Integration of Rental and Trading Services as well as Content Sharing and Ad Promotion


SAN FRANCISCO, CA & GIG HARBOR, WA, June 13, 2007-Ziff Davis Game Group, a division of Ziff Davis Media Inc., the largest integrated gaming media publisher in the United States reaching over 20 million gamers, and Gottaplay Interactive Inc. (OTCBB: GTAP), a leading rental and trading service for video gamers, announced today a strategic marketing partnership designed to add new service and functionality to the 1UP Network.

Through this partnership, Gottaplay will be the exclusive integrated provider of video game rental and trading services for the 1UP Network. Gottaplay's innovative rental and trading platform will be integrated within the 1UP Network where members will be able to rent and trade leading videogames on a co-branded version of the Gottaplay platform. Rent/Trade trade buttons will be placed on all of's product pages as well as being tightly integrated within the My1UP user pages.
