LONDON, UK (15th June 2005) - GMX Media, a leading publisher of PC games is today announcing the release of their first console title - Extreme 4x4 for Microsoft XBOX.

Are your racing games getting dusty on the shelves? Getting tired of simulators with more menus than miles per hour? If the answer is yes, then take a look at racing action at its finest in Extreme 4x4. This is no typical racing game, it's an action racing adventure which will give you the extreme thrill of racing at high speeds in dangerous territories with numerous reckless opponents!

Don't just look out for chicanes and tight turns, keep your driver eyes peeled and dodge tornados, exploding mines, and huge falling rocks!

"Extreme 4x4 is a superb first title for our entry into the console market ", quotes Eugene Perry, COO for GMX Media. "We have been in negotiation with a number of developers worldwide for some time and have finally collated a number of great titles which we will be subsequently releasing for XBOX and other console formats. Extreme 4x4 is simply the first of many great console games that we will be launching!"

Extreme 4x4 is scheduled for a European release in September 2005.
