Glu and SEGA Announce Extended Partnership

Leading mobile developer and publisher of ELSPA no. 1 title Sonic the Hedgehog to launch additional SEGA titles in EMEA

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LONDON, UK. - February 23, 2006 - Glu Mobile, a leading global publisher of mobile games, today announced an extended partnership with SEGA® Europe Ltd to develop and publish a range of new games for mobile phones. Under the terms of the agreement, Glu will work with SEGA to bring titles such as Football Manager Quiz, Total War, and Wonderboy to mobile phones throughout Europe. The extension of the partnership between Glu and SEGA follows success of previous SEGA titles developed and published by Glu for mobile phones, including Sonic the Hedgehog, which held the no. 1 position in the UK according to the official Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA) mobile games download chart. Other SEGA titles developed and published by Glu for mobile include Super Monkey Ball, Virtua Tennis, and Chu Chu Rocket.

"The extension of our relationship with SEGA highlights Glu's strength in working with key partners, and maintaining the brand values entrusted to us," said Kristian Segerstråle, managing director of EMEA, Glu Mobile. "SEGA has some of the most recognisable and prevalent gaming brands in the world and we look forward to working with them to bring the titles consumers know and love to mobile phones throughout Europe."

The first title covered in the new partnership, 'Football Manager Quiz' is a new quiz game based on the number one hit 'Football Manager' franchise, and is due for launch spring 2007.

"Glu has demonstrated a great ability to deliver quality games for mobile that meet the needs of both SEGA, and more importantly, gamers on the go," said Alan Pritchard, UK Managing Director, SEGA Europe Ltd.
