Glu and Codemasters Announce Strategic Publishing Partnership

Barcelona, Spain - February 13, 2006 - Major video gaming brands including Colin McRae Rally, Operation Flashpoint, TOCA Race Driver and LMA Manager, will be further driven in the wireless marketplace under a new strategic global partnership between Codemasters and Glu Mobile, a leading publisher of mobile games, as announced today at 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona.

Under the new alliance, Glu will develop and publish games for mobile based on several hit Codemasters franchises, extending the reach of Codemasters brands in the mobile space. This agreement follows the current partnership, whereby Glu will publish the mobile edition of Brian Lara International Cricket 2007.

The first mobile game covered under the new agreement will be LMA Manager 2008. Based on the UK chart topping official League Managers Association football management game for PC and console, LMA Manager is a premier league football management game and due for release on mobile Autumn 2007.
