Giant Realm signings

Thirteen more sites join ad network.

New York, November 5, 2008 – In the last two weeks alone, thirteen more top gaming communities have selected online media company Giant Realm, Inc. to exclusively represent their online ad inventory, the company announced today. The newest collection of sites joins the rapidly growing Giant Realm Publisher Group of focused entertainment destinations appealing to 18 – 34 year old males.

With these and other recent additions, Giant Realm has increased its total number of exclusive publisher deals by more than 25% since early September and expects that its total reach will jump to 11.5 million U.S. visitors a month beginning in December.

These signings come on the heels of new study results released by Nielsen and Giant Realm about the interests and consumption habits of today’s core male videogamers. The Nielsen @Plan data dispels the notion of the young male gamer being singularly focused on gaming interests and instead proves that he possesses a broad range of interests and purchase behaviors, ranging from social activities to fitness, movies, electronics and apparel.
