GameAxis to publish show's official daily magazine.

For Immediate Release

SINGAPORE, August 28th, 2008 – Leipziger Messe International (LMI) Asia, the organizer of Games Convention Asia (GCA), announced today that GameAxis will be the official media partner for the convention's show daily – "GCA Daily - The Official Conference Magazine". As the official media partner of GCA 2008, GameAxis will publish "GCA Daily", a free distribution magazine that will be printed on all 3 days of the show from September 18 to 20, 2008. The show daily will be distributed to all business visitors at GCA and the GCA Conference (GCAC) and will provide interviews on speakers, news updates as well as coverage on the exhibition and show.

GameAxis Unwired and GameAxis online ( www.gameaxis.com) have an outstanding regional readership in Malaysia and Singapore and is a prime source of information for all interactive entertainment enthusiasts, as it presents the latest news in the gaming industry every month. GameAxis is published by SPH Magazines Pte. Ltd., which also publishes the consumer technology magazine, HWM. HWM is a supporting media partner for GCA 2008.

Zachary Chan, Deputy Editor of GameAxis, said: "As an Asian-based media, we are thrilled to provide conference visitors information and news about the first and only platform for the entire electronic game market in Singapore. With speakers like Joonmo Kwon and Cervat Yerli attending this year's GCA conference, the conference is becoming the region's platform for business networking in the fast expanding games industry and we have a team of seasoned staff of reporters and editors from GameAxis to keep readers up to date on what's happening daily at the show."

"This year's show is packed with top-class panels and events. Covering GCAC and GCA with a daily magazine allows attendees to be informed and updated. GCA is an event created specifically for the Asia-Pacific region and it is important for us to find a media partner who understands the regional market and industry," said Jorg Zeissig, Managing Director of LMI Asia.

Taking place at the Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre Singapore from 18th to 20th September 2008, GCA 2008 is the only convention for the Asia-Pacific region covering interactive entertainment, infotainment, edutainment, hardware and technology for both the industry and consumers. Under the theme "Inspire Yourself," the second GCA is expected to attract around 100,000 visitors from the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and North America.
