GAMETRAILERS.COM ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF MOBILE VIDEO CHANNEL AND ORIGINAL MOBILE SERIES "GO GAMING"

Channel To Be Distributed To AMP'D Mobile Customers

Orlando, FL (March 28, 2007) - GameTrailers.com (GT), the premier provider of video for gamers and a division of Viacom Inc.'s (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B) MTV Networks, today announced the launch of its new mobile video channel. As part of the mobile debut, GameTrailers will unveil "Go Gaming," a new original series dedicated entirely to coverage of mobile games. GT gaming content will be distributed to Amp'd customers beginning in the second quarter, with a roll-out across all carriers in the coming months.

The GameTrailers mobile video channel provides viewers with a unique combination of trailers, editorial reviews, special features, top ten lists and original shows such as GT's critically-acclaimed debate series, "Bonus Round." GT mobile video channel will also be the home for the new mobile series, "Go Gaming," which features informative and entertaining fast-paced previews and reviews of the latest mobile games. In the future, when technology permits, viewers will be able to directly link to and purchase all game titles mentioned in the show directly from their mobile devices.

MTV Networks creates immersive entertainment experiences for its audiences on every platform, including mobile. Today's announcement with GT was one of several that MTVN's brands made at the CTIA 2007 Wireless show. MTVN also announced that Pepsi and Intel have signed on as charter sponsors across MTVN's array of mobile products, including its mobile websites and the company's mobile television channels. MTVN and Sprint today unveiled an expansive partnership that brings MTVN's popular music, entertainment, kids and comedy programming to Sprint customers through every possible mobile medium. COMEDY CENTRAL announced the launch of South Park 10: The Game, a 40-level action/adventure mobile game based on the first 10 seasons of the Emmy and Peabody-Award winning series. Nickelodeon launched channels on Amp'd Mobile for Nickelodeon and The N, as well as a dedicated channel for its pop culture phenomenon SpongeBob SquarePants.
