FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Coming Soon: Innovative Games Including Mockworld's "Munch Madness," Toy Box Games' "Maui Wowee" and "Atlantis Adventures," eGames' "Drop! 2," and three titles from Blit Interactive

New York, NY- August 17, 2005-Game Trust, Inc., the world's leading casual game platform, today announced partnerships with ten new developers to integrate casual games with its industry-leading Game Frame platform, including Toy Box Games, eGames, Blit Interactive, and Mockworld, among others. Game Trust provides developers with a feature-rich tool kit to add community and commerce to their titles, with a broad distribution reach that includes leading casual game portals like MiniClip.com, and Shockwave.com. Developers share in the revenue generated from the titles, allowing them to re-invest in increasingly innovative game titles.

Among the games coming soon to the Game Frame platform is Mockworld's "Munch Madness," a groundbreaking title that merges the excitement of a third-person shooter with a PacMan-style game play for the casual audience. In the game, players are submerged in a three-dimensional world, where they battle trolls and find power-ups, all while collecting cookies in order to complete levels. Written in Shockwave3D, "Munch Madness" brings a console-quality experience to casual online play. Leveraging the Game Frame platform, Mockworld will soon be able to track player activity, report high scores, tailor levels of difficulty based on player ability, and organize tournaments among players from around the world who want to demonstrate their "Munch Madness" skills. A demo of "Munch Madness" is now available on www.gametrust.com.

"Game Trust is becoming the platform of choice for developers to author premium casual games. These ten new partnerships with leading developers demonstrate that Game Trust is capturing the imagination of creative types from around the world," said Adeo Ressi, CEO of Game Trust. "Consumers are paying for casual games, and Game Trust is sharing the revenues with both developers and distributors to help the burgeoning casual gaming market to take off. We see an emerging billion dollar opportunity, with the next wave of blockbuster game hits coming from the casual market."

"There's been so much talk about the future of immersive 3D games on the web, and Game Trust is making that future a reality now," said Steve Becerra, Founder and CEO of Mockworld. "Mockworld is pleased to be in partnership with such a progressively-minded company."

Among the other games that are currently being integrated with the Game Frame platform are Toy Box Games' "Maui Wowee" and "Atlantis Adventures," eGames' "Drop! 2," and three titles from Blit Interactive that have yet to be named.
