Game Outlet Europe opens UK office
Karlstad, Sweden 15th September 2006 - Game Outlet Europe, one of Europe's leading specialist distributors for low and mid price software for computer and video games, has just opened their first dedicated UK office.
Industry veteran, Pelle Lundborg, has been appointed UK Managing Director and comments:
"Game Outlet Europe has many proven retail concepts working across a broad range of retail channels. We are very excited to be able to offer them to UK retailers now. Our concepts are simple, flexible and very profitable for the retailers. These compare favourably to the new and full price releases, where competition is fierce and margins are low. Our vast range has meant that we have become a leading supplier for many specialist retailers in Scandinavia including mail order, e-commerce businesses on eBay and Amazon etc. The latest addition to our range now includes software for Mac".

Game Outlet Europe has its head office in Karlstad, Sweden and was established in 2004. The company employs 16 people and in 2005-2006 the turnover was around £10 million. The company's main concept is the popular "GO-pallet". It has a characteristic design with a flexible refill system, suitable for most retail channels, and especially successful in super markets, gas stations, bargain shops, airports, news agents and other places with high volumes of people traffic.
