Game On adds December events

The Science Museum has announced details of two events to compliment the Game On exhibition, currently running until February 2007.

The Science Museum has announced details of two events to compliment the Game On exhibition, currently running until February 2007.

Virtual Worlds and Cyber Friends will look at the rise of online gaming and virtual worlds, and will feature contributions from writer Tim Guest and academic Aleks Krotoski.

Playing to Learn will look at educational videogames and the affect they have on academic development, with comment from Stephen Heppell, government advisor on technology in schools, and Adrian Hall, director of mobile learning at Steljes.

The events will take place at the Science Museum's Dana Centre on the 5th and 7th of December.
