Metin2 and Cross Fire to move to the Z8Games free-to-play platform.
Toronto, CANADA-August 13, 2009-- G4BOX INC., a North American publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment media, today announced, together with Rock Hippo Productions Ltd., a new games platform called Z8Games ( www.z8games.com), which will host its current and upcoming line-up of free online games, including Metin2 and Cross Fire.
The new URL for Metin2 will be http://metin2.z8games.com and Cross Fire's new home can be found at http://crossfire.z8games.com.
Z8Games is a brand-new, free-to-play online games platform that will now host the popular MMORPG, Metin2, and online FPS, Cross Fire. For existing Metin2 and Cross Fire players, the transition will be seamless, as players will be able to continue playing during the platform switch and the launch of the new site. Newly registered players will have access to both of the games through one unique Z8Games account. Both games will also share a unified currency and
community space.
