FUN Technologies Completes Migration of Players to WorldWinner Platform; Experiences 159 Percent Increase in Average Revenue per Migrated Player

TORONTO - June 5, 2007 - FUN Technologies Inc. (TSX:FUN) (AIM:FUN), one of the world's leading providers of online and interactive casual and fantasy sports games and sports information, today announced the completion of the migration of players from and its partner sites, including AOL, MSN, GSN and MyPoints, to its platform. As a result of the migration of players, average revenue per migrated player has increased 159 percent and conversion of new registrants to money players has increased 15 percent as compared to the monthly results prior to commencing the migration program.

FUN's consolidation of WorldWinner and SkillJam, the world's two leading skill games sites, has created a global skill games powerhouse, touting a network comprised of more than 30 million players. By leveraging the industry-leading WorldWinner tournament games platform, and adding some of the most popular casual games formerly available on SkillJam, including Bejeweled 2, Zuma, Big Money and Dynomite, FUN has provided players with more games and more players against whom to compete. For players, this 'liquidity' ensures tournaments close faster and winners are identified quickly, increasing the excitement of the games.

"Last spring when we acquired WorldWinner, we envisioned consolidating the two top skill games sites to create the world's preeminent skill games network, and I'm pleased to report that vision is now a reality," said Lorne Abony, chief executive officer of FUN Technologies. "Over the past year, we've combined WorldWinner's strengths, such as its unparalleled tournament platform and superior player experience, with SkillJam's vast partner network of leading games and lifestyle sites proven to drive player acquisition. The result is, we've created a scalable, profitable skill games site with significant growth potential."
