Company Furthers Plans for Console & Windows PC Game Integration as New Mobile Games Based on Major THQ Brands Launch Over the Next Year

CALABASAS, Calif., May 18, 2005: THQ Wireless Inc., a subsidiary of THQ Inc. (Nasdaq: THQI), unveiled today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) a huge line-up of mobile games, including new titles based on top-selling THQ brands Full Spectrum WarriorTM, Warhammer 40,000, Evil Dead, Destroy All Humans!TM, MotoGP, JuicedTM, WWE® and the top-selling "MX" franchise. Several of the new mobile titles are expected to feature integration with their console or Windows PC counterpart where mobile gamers can unlock cheat codes and buy wireless content. Destroy All Humans!, which is scheduled for release on the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft, is expected to feature a bonus section where gamers can directly buy via text message short codes, the wireless version of the game, exclusive ringtones and wallpapers.

THQ Wireless is also offering E3 attendees a sneak peek of NFL Football 2006, the sequel to their top-selling sports title, NFL Football 2005, and demos of the company's newest baseball title, Big League Home Run Challenge. This arcade-style game has already received accolades from gaming press and is sure to be a hit with baseball fans.

Also at this year's E3, THQ Wireless will present two new mobile games based on the hit animated television series, South Park, in addition to new mobile games based on the WWE and the successful franchise Worms. For Star Wars fans that just can't get enough, the full suite of Star Wars-themed products for mobile phones will be on display including Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: Ask Yoda, and Star Wars: Battle Over Coruscant.

All games will be featured at the THQ booth, #1046, in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center, May 18-20.
