FOUNDATION 9 PARTICIPATING IN UPCOMING SHOWS

Recruiting and demos planned for Wonder-Con and the Game Developer's Conference

NEWPORT BEACH, CA - February 21, 2007 - Foundation 9 Entertainment, the largest independent developer in North America, today announced that it will participate in two upcoming conventions this spring. The company will have booths at the 2007 Game Developers Conference and the 2007 Wonder-Con Comics and Pop Culture Show, both taking place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco in March.

"Exhibiting at the Game Developers Conference and Wonder-Con have been very successful endeavors for us," said Richard Hare, chief creative officer of Foundation 9. "GDC allows us to interface with the top talent in the industry, and Wonder-Con gives us the opportunity to connect directly with the people who buy our games and comics."

Foundation 9's main goal for GDC will be to recruit for the more than 40 positions currently available at its studios across North America. In addition, the company will have numerous titles on display, including the upcoming Godzilla®: Unleashed to be published by Atari, Inc. for Nintendo WiiTM, Brooktown High: Senior Year for Sony PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) Handheld Entertainment System, and Death, Jr. & the Science Fair of Doom for Nintendo DSTM, both to be published by Konami.

The company is also participating in the conference side of GDC, with CEO Jon Goldman and Director of Business Development Chris Charla both scheduled to speak during the show. Foundation 9's booth (#1414) will be located in the Career Pavilion on the second floor of the West Hall during the show.

At Wonder-Con, Foundation 9 will take a more consumer-oriented approach, showing off Death, Jr. & the Science Fair of Doom to the public for the first time, as well as an updated version of Brooktown High: Senior Year. The company will also be selling merchandise and holding contests to give away games and other prizes in its booth (#718).
