First Class Simulations brings Abacus-developed Mission Combat Force to Microsoft's Flight Simulator X on Friday, November 2nd. Overflowing with exciting scripted missions, Mission Combat Force is an absolute must-have product for all Flight Simulator X owners and will keep them riveted to their cockpit seats from start to finish.

All the action takes place from the cockpit of an A-10 Thunderbolt II, more commonly known as the Warthog. The first mission, A-10 Weapons Training, gives you the chance to familiarise yourself with the various weapons available on this monster of a jet before setting off for some of the beefier missions.

Mission 2: The Cold War Turns Hot sees a sinister plot being uncovered by German secret agents who have discovered a hardliners' training ground in their midst. With nowhere to go, the group is planning an all out suicide terrorist attack. With US aircraft stretched thin in other conflicts, they see this as their time to become terrorist superstars. You have to make sure they don't!

Mission 3: Amazon Drug Cartel sees you taking a boat up the Amazon en route to quell a drug cartel rebellion in local country. Using the A-10 at a later stage, the final objective is to take out the drug kingpin before he detonates his nuke!

Mission 4: Terrorist Plot is set in 2008 where the G8 summit is being held in Japan. Using the A-10 as a show of presence around the Tokyo Bay area, there's a call to action amid reports of a missile launch. Your aim is to uncover the terrorist plot that surrounds Japan!

Mission 5: The Lakenheath UFO Incident - You set out on foot with a security team to investigate strange phenomenon in the nearby forest. One encounter leads to another as you board the A-10 to further investigate objects in the sky. With an unusual twist ending, can you use all of your skills to save the world?

Mission 6: Weapons of Mass Destruction in Antartica sees the bottom of the world overcrowded with terrorists and thugs equipped with a large amount of stolen Weapons of Mass Destruction. Having locked onto their position, you are now ready to nip it all in the bud in an Abrams tank and then in the trusty A-10 as coalition forces join in for an all out battle!
