FISHLABS Reveals "DEEP™" its latest 3D Simulation Game for Mobile Phones at 3GSM

HAMBURG, GERMANY, February 8th 2007 - FISHLABS, a leading developer of premium 3D mobile games, proudly presents the beta version of "DEEP", its upcoming 3D sci-fi underwater simulation game at 3GSM in Barcelona.

In DEEP players immerse into a world of a remote water planet with exotic submarine life forms. In service of the Colonial Navy the player makes his or her way underwater with various tasks like exploitation of resources and production of new goods but also military missions. While exploring the vivid and fascinating underwater world in a hightech submarine the player will meet other parties with different interests on the water planet. The ongoing conflicts between the Colonial Navy, rebels, pirates and a mysterious marine species will pull the gamer between the lines.

"The incredible success of our multiple award winning* 3D space simulation Galaxy on Fire and the great feedback from our ever increasing fan community encouraged us to create another highly complex 3D simulation game," stated Michael Schade, CEO and co-founder of FISHLABS. "In DEEP we also have a huge and beautiful 3D world to explore but now with 200 unique looking underwater stations and additional strategic gameplay elements like underwater pressure and deadly radiation at the surface. Over 10 different submarines with upgrades for weapons, fishing, armor, navigation, radar or cargo deliver even greater variety in gameplay. But even the underwater world itself is dynamic. Fishing grounds vary in location depending to certain events within the game and the real-time lighting differs accordingly to the current depth underwater as well. All this embedded into a great non-linear story with 24 missions plus unlimited freelance jobs will make DEEP another jaw dropping game experience made by Fishlabs," Michael Schade ended enthusiastically.

DEEP is based on FISHLABS' mobile games engine ABYSS® 2.0 and is scheduled for Q2 this year supporting a broad range of 3D Java handsets.

*Among many other awards Galaxy on Fire won just recently at MGFS Awards 2006 in three categories: Best graphics, best action and game of the year 2006
