Vologda – May 25, 2010 – Playrix® Entertainment, a casual games developer and publisher of such titles as Fishdom™, Royal Envoy™, Call of Atlantis™, Gardenscapes™, 4 Elements™, and others, announced that Fishdom 2™, the highly-anticipated sequel to the original award-winning game Fishdom, has been launched on the company’s web site. The universal release is expected in June 2010 via major game portals. Fishdom 2™ comes in two editions, Premium and Standard, with Premium available first.
Fishdom 2™ is the sixth title in the Fishdom series, not counting the game’s recent adaptation for Facebook and other social networks. The original Fishdom rolled out back in 2008 and since then won numerous Best Game awards and built an impressive fan base. It was honored with the iParenting Media Award as Best Video Game of 2009. Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey™, a hidden object spin-off of the flagship title, was announced #1 Bestseller and Most Downloaded Game of 2009 by AOL Games.
