The gameplay takes place on board the spaceship Maximus XV whilst it is transporting a load of convicted prisoners from Earth to the farthest reaches of space. Suddenly it becomes trapped inside a cosmic anomaly called Black Nebula. As Maximus XV is hi-jacked by hordes of alien creatures, you play the role of Abraham Strong - Space Mercenary, hacking and slashing your way through to an emergency escape capsule on the other side of the ship!
