Europe gets 360 Arcade bundle October 26

Microsoft Europe has announced that the Xbox 360 Arcade bundle will be released in the region on October 26 for a retail price of GBP 199.99.

Microsoft Europe has announced that the Xbox 360 Arcade bundle will be released in the region on October 26 for a retail price of GBP 199.99.

Already on sale in the US, the package comes with five Xbox Live Arcade titles, a HDMI cable, 256 MB of memory and a wireless controller.

Microsoft is aiming the new SKU at the family market ahead of the Christmas season, while highlighting software titles such as Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action and Viva Piñata: Party Animals as evidence of expanding the user base beyond a hardcore audience.

The five games bundled with the offering are Namco Bandai's Pac-Man Championship Edition, Carbonated Games' Uno, Luxor 2 from MumboJumbo, EA's Boom Boom Rocket and Feeding Frenzy from Sprout Games.
