Eurogamer to provide content for MSN games channel

Coke Zero Gaming Zone to feature EG content localised for nine European territories

Eurogamer.net is partnering with MSN to provide games editorial for the Coke Zero Gaming Zone.

Eurogamer will offer localised content for the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Finland, France, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands.

"We're delighted to be working with MSN, bringing Eurogamer's award-winning games coverage to an even wider audience," said content editor John Bedford in a statement. "By leveraging our pan-European editorial expertise, Eurogamer provides the highest-quality gaming news, reviews, previews and more to our partners."

MSN intends for the channel to become a destination sites for games news and coverage.

"Developed by our dedicated global creative solutions team, the Coke Zero Gaming Zone is, to our knowledge, the first time any portal has created a channel on this scale across Europe," added Microsoft Advertising's EMEA vice president Laurent Delaporte.

"It's an ambitious and exciting project, and one that highlights just how mainstream gaming has become."
