Eurogamer hires Robinson as features editor

Award-winning journalist joins site from IGN

Eurogamer Network has announced that Martin Robinson has joined the company as features editor on flagship specialist games site Eurogamer.net.

Robinson, who was previously content editor at IGN UK, won the Rising Star trophy at 2010's Games Media Awards and is also one of the authors of a new Halo book from Titan.

"Martin is a fantastic journalist who shares our passion for quality editorial and I'm excited to see what he brings to the team," said Tom Bramwell, operations director of Eurogamer Network.

"We have big things planned for Eurogamer.net in 2011, which we're just starting to talk about with our friends in the industry, and bringing Martin on board gives us a boost at just the right time," added Rupert Loman, managing director.
