Eurogamer Network has teamed up with MediaClash to launch a new customer publishing venture offering full service solutions for games retailers, publishers, developers, distributors and more.

Operating under the name EuroClash, the company will offer a wide range of services including websites, print media and custom TV shows. It will be registered to MediaClash's Bath office address and will draw upon the two companies' existing resources, with each holding a 50 per cent stake in EuroClash.

Publishing operations will be overseen by Simon Tapscott, who is the account director for MediaClash's customer publishing division.

MediaClash was established in June 2006 by ex-Future CEO Greg Ingham together with Jane Ingham, a former managing director of Future UK. Mr. Ingham was recently appointed chairman of Eurogamer Network, which publishes GamesIndustry.biz and consumer site Eurogamer.net.

"Eurogamerâs combination of innovation and high-quality editorial means that itâs held in the highest regard by the industry and consumers alike," said Greg Ingham.

"Bringing together MediaClashâs publishing and commercial expertise with Eurogamerâs branding and authority within the games sector is a great way to offer value to clients. We have two strong teams here and the combination will be compelling."

Eurogamer Network managing director Rupert Loman added, "Now that Greg has agreed to join us as chairman, Iâm pleased to be able to build upon our relationship with the formation of EuroClash. I look forward to exploring the opportunities offered by this new venture."
