Leading games website publisher joins forces with customer media firm to form EuroClash

30/05/07 -Eurogamer Network and MediaClash today announce the launch of EuroClash-a dynamic customer publishing venture for the video games sector in which each company holds 50 per cent.

The companies will join forces to provide a full service contract publishing solution for games retailers, publishers, developers, distributors and more, incorporating print media, websites and custom TV shows.

"Eurogamer's combination of innovation and high-quality editorial means that it's held in the highest regard by the industry and consumers alike. Bringing together MediaClash's publishing and commercial expertise with Eurogamer's branding and authority within the games sector is a great way to offer value to clients. We have two strong teams here and the combination will be compelling."

"Now that Greg has agreed to join us as Chairman, I'm pleased to be able to build upon our relationship with the formation of EuroClash. The MediaClash team have a history of delivering effective solutions for some big name clients. Drawing upon that resource is a great way of extending our reach, whilst continuing to maintain the high brand values we have worked to achieve."

The new company will be registered to MediaClash's Bath office address and will draw upon existing resources within the two companies.
