EuroClash to publish Currys' in-store magazine

Bespoke 44 page magazine to be distributed throughout 500 stores across the UK

EuroClash, the publishing partnership between MediaClash and Eurogamer, has announced it will create and publish a new quarterly in-store games magazine for the UK retailer Currys.

The 44 page bespoke magazine will a launch with print run of 300,000 copies and be distributed through more than 500 Currys and Currys.digital stores, with an online edition to available at currys.co.uk. The pocket sized magazine will include games reviews, information on the latest hardware and peripherals and special offers.

"We are offering a superb, extended range of hardware and games for peak trading," said David Poulter, Currys' trading manager for consoles. "The introduction of a games guide will help customers choose the right products for themselves and their friends and family."

Simon Tapscott, MediaClash's head of customer publishing added: "The Currys games guide will help customers select the best new games and hardware formats this Christmas and beyond, driving incremental sales for Currys during the busiest trading period of the year."
