Set to take place at The Brewery once again

The eSports Industry Awards returns to The Brewery, London on November 13th.

Following its debut year in 2016, the event will be hosted by radio and TV presenter OJ Borg, Nicki Shields and Julia Hardy. GamesIndustry.biz has been named the event's new media partner.

The news comes ahead of a special Twitch broadcast next week (Thursday, April 13th), which will reveal the first partners for this year's event. OJ Borg will be hosting this event with special guests Redeye, Bricey and others

"The eSports Industry Awards are delighed to be returning to London," the EIA said in a statement. "We were privileged to host some of the biggest names in eSports last November and can't wait to have them back. We have invested heavily in taking our award ceremony to the next level and where possible implementing features requested by our audience, we are excited to announce some news and features over the coming weeks. Firstly make sure to tune in to our launch event next week for some sneak previews and a word from our panelists"

Last year 18 awards were given out to teams, broadcasters, journalists, players, hardware providers and more. Almost 90,000 people tuned in to watch the show.
