Mobile game specialist Elkware has announced the appointment of a new VP for America, with Domenica Dinkheller replacing Dirk Nagel, freshly promoted to head of sales worldwide, as head of the North American division.
Mobile game specialist Elkware has announced the appointment of a new VP for America, with Domenica Dinkheller replacing Dirk Nagel, freshly promoted to head of sales worldwide, as head of the North American division.
Dinkheller joins Elkware from mobile phone firm Siemens, where she served as director of entertainment from 1999 onwards, and has spent the past year working with Siemens in the United States in a role which included establishing close contact with entertainment industry licensors.
She replaces former US boss Dirk Nagel, whose new promotion means that he will be moving back to Elkware's German headquarters to support the global sales and distribution team.
"I am very much looking forward to working with Domenica Dinkheller," commented Elkware CEO Jan Andresen. "We have known each other for a long time and have always had an excellent business relationship. With her expertise, skills and contacts she will further expand our business in the USA."
"I am also very pleased to have Dirk Nagel back here again," he continued. "He has done excellent work in the USA - but now we need him at Elkware headquarters, to strengthen our global distribution with his long years of experience."
