QPAD, the Swedish company world-renowned for it’s premium gaming gear, today announced their official sponsorship of the Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC), held from June 30th to July 4th at Disneyworld Paris Resort in Paris, France.
Introduced for the first time in 2003, the ESWC has established itself as the leading event in the world of video games. The only one of its kind, this event is an annual electronic sports celebration that gathers the best teams in the world for competing on video games specially designed and adapted to player confrontation.

QPAD brings HeatoN to the ESWC finals.
QPAD will be the official mouse pad supplier of ESWC and will produce a new unique premium pad specifically for ESWC. To even further extend the media coverage of ESWC QPAD will also bring a professional grade TV production team down to the event, to create media content that will be distributed globally. To not just stop there QPAD also will bring the world’s most famous player, Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, down to the grand final to host the TV-shows.
