ECTS 2003 brings back the big names

This year's ECTS, which runs once again at Earls Court from the 27th to the 29th of August, is promising to build on last year's improvements to the format - with many major publishers back on the show floor.

Among those taking major stands at the event are Microsoft, Nokia, Konami, Ubi Soft, Sega, NVIDIA, Sammy Europe, Intel, Codemasters and THQ, with several more attendees yet to be announced.

Once again this year the show will run alongside Sony's consumer event, PlayStation Experience, and the ECTS show floor itself has shrunk slightly to accommodate the much expanded Sony event. The European Game Developers Conference will also be running at Earls Court in the same week.

A number of new features are planned for ECTS, which this year runs as part of CMP's London Games Week initiative - including a trade only preview of the PlayStation Experience show, and a day labelled as Independents Day.

Further information on the show is available at ECTS.com.
