July event will showcase near-term opportunities for online games, virtual worlds and serious games

The organisers of the upcoming Visual Web Convention have announced that early bird registration ends on June 15 and that there are limited places available.

Attendees will be able to meet industry leaders from EMI, Eidos, EA, Channel 4, BBC 3 and more of the leading entertainment and broadcasting companies, casual games developers, brand agencies and developers - as well as many budget-holding organisations based in the USA, Australia, Asia and across Europe.

Speakers include Lord David Puttnam, Kevin McNulty of Coole Immersive, Microsoft Research's John Nordlinger, Morpheme Games Studios' Matt Spall, Thor Gunnarsson of CCP Games, Sebastien de Halleux of Play Fish and Codemasters online VP David Solari.

The Visual Web Convention takes place July 9-10 in London.
