dtp reveals new brand for adventure games and RPGs

Hamburg/Leipzig, 08/17/2005 - dtp, known as one of the most important publishers of adventure games worldwide, has revealed a new brand for adventure games and RPGs at the beginning of this year's Game Convention in Leipzig. All games of these genres published by dtp shall be released under the sign ANACONDA - Adventures Ahead - worldwide, as the brand is planned to be international and dtp is expanding as a global publisher. The new brand will feature classic point & click adventures, RPGs and action adventures. Future ANACONDA titles will feature adventure based storylines, excellent quality at the world's top, dubbing with professional voice actors and full price. dtp has also launched the official ANACONDA website which is available in English and German, including a dual language forum.

The first titles to be published under the sign of ANACONDA are 80 Days (German release 30.09.2005), Tony Tough 2 (German release 11.11.2005, worldwide release shortly after) and Runaway 2 (German release March 2006). More titles are already in negotiation. Tony Tough 2, for which dtp has the worldwide rights, will be the first title to be published worldwide under ANACONDA.
