Doors Open At Foster's Home

IMAGINARY FRIENDS manifest on iDTV

Monday the 11th of April 2005 For Immediate Release

AWARD-WINNING GAME DEVELOPER Denki is adopted into Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, following its creation of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends: "Tick Tock Terror" for Sky Gamestar.

Based on the hugely popular cartoon series, the fast-paced, action packed fun takes place inside the amazing Victorian Mansion that is Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. Players control everyone's favourite Imaginary Friend, Bloo, who leaps, bounces and somersaults his way through a variety of unique rooms inside the Mansion.

Bloo quickly and easily shoves items of furniture around the Home, allowing him to reach new heights, new rooms, a host of secrets and destroy an army of haunted fixtures and fittings. Combat is fast and furious as Bloo dodges and deflects flying books spat from evil bookcases, and devious doors that slam to the ground squashing all in their path.

Featuring Time Travel, a host of Imaginary Friends (and some new ones too), Bloo's success in battling the forces within the Mansion is critical to the survival of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends...

Commenting today, Denki's Managing Director, Colin Anderson said: "The launch of Foster's marks the completion of Denki's 10th collaboration with Cartoon Network, a relationship which has resulted in a string of successful products. Their confidence in the quality of the product is such that further episodes have already been discussed, even before it launches."

Cartoon Network's iTV and Mobile Content Manager, Joe Braman, added: "Tick Tock Terror is going to be another sure-fire success. Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends is one of Cartoon Network's most popular shows and there is no doubt that this game is going to be one of our top performers."

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends: "Tick Tock Terror" is live exclusively on Sky Gamestar as of Thursday the 14th of April 2005. Just press the INTERACTIVE button on your Sky Remote Control...

Denki has also created a range of original titles including Denki Blocks!, Caterpillar Crunch, Bips!, Word Crunch, Letter Box and Genie's Cave.

The company is continuing to explore the possibilities presented by new 'non-dedicated' platforms such as iDTV and mobile phones, as they present a real possibility of penetrating the mass-market like no other games technology before.
