DOID at GC

Spanish developers association showing off California Office, Kukoo Kitchen, Chibi Blocks, Fregocles, Maldoror & The Seven Tower Mansion and My Japanese Sensei.

Valencia (Spain), 2008/08/19: DOID, the Spanish Game Developers Association, will exhibit its associates’ projects at this year’s Games Convention, at Hall 2, Booth D46.

The Spanish association will also invites publishers and journalists to the press conference about DOID and their associates’ video games. This press conference will take place the August 21th, 18:00 hours, at the Press Conference Room.

Products from companies and independent developers will be exhibited at Hall 2, Booth D46. Games such as California Office, Kukoo Kitchen or Chibi Blocks, three fresh and funny casual games; Fregocles, an hilarious point&click adventure, Maldoror & The Seven Tower Mansion, a more serious and thrillind adventure; or My Japanese Sensei, that will help you to improve your Japanese reading and writing skills.

About DOID

The Spanish Digital & Interactive Entertainment Developers (Asociación de Desarrolladores de Ocio Interactivo Digital, DOID), started its operations at 2007, as the first spanish game developers association. Since its launch, DOID counts with 18 companies and more than 150 associates, and has been present at the Mobile World Congress 2008. The association has also collaborated with the Developers area inside the Campus Party 2008, where the Desarrollador_ES awards ceremony takes place and the best spanish video games receive their prizes every year.

The aim of DOID is to help growing the spanish video games industry. Currently, the association focuses its efforts in two main areas: promote their associates’ video games, and also improve and inform about the current professional training options at Spain.
