Dilek Ilboga appointment

Joins MMO publisher gamigo as VP of biz dev.

New York, NY - September 7, 2010 - gamigo Inc., a subsidiary of Hamburg-based gamigo AG, a leading publisher of massively-multiplayer online games, announced today that it has appointed industry veteran, Dilek Ilboga, Vice President of Business Development. Ilboga joins gamigo, Inc. with an impressive background in the online games market, including her most recent roles in Business Development, International Marketing and more at both True Games and K2 Network.

Rainer Markussen, member of the executive board, said of the hiring of Ilboga "The New York office is an integral part of gamigo's growth and future success. We needed someone with a strong background and experience in the U.S. online game market to join as Vice President and Dilek brings a wealth of experience to the role."

Prior to joining gamigo Inc., Ilboga spent the last year and a half serving as International Business Manager for True Games Interactive where she developed and managed licensing, development and channel relationships on a global level. Ilboga also managed the marketing and operations of the company's games internationally. For two years prior to joining True Games, Ilboga held the position of Merchant Center manager at K2 Network, where she managed merchant relationships and distribution channels, established global partnerships and set up distributor promotions.

Prior to her time at K2 Network, Ilboga served in several key marketing, advertising and sales roles at top companies throughout Turkey, including one of the country's largest groups, the Tepe Group, where she was responsible for managing & improving the sales distribution system, coordinating with all distributors, organizing all special sales promotions and campaigns and more.

Ilboga is a native of Turkey and is fluent in both Turkish and English and holds a degree in Economics from Uludag University and a specialization in Foreign Trade from Anadolu University in Turkey.
