Carrying on in the tradition of hit games like Worms and GunBound, DDTank is a turn-based PvP shooter that combines a selection of hilarious weapons with a wealth of social features.
DDTank has the same gameplay mechanics as the classic Worms, such as taking into account angles, elevation, wind velocity as well as other factors, but adds RPG and social elements.
With this merger, DDTank is more social than ever! Over twice as many players are now available to friend, battle with, or battle against! You can make more friends, or make more enemies if you wish. How do you stack up against the super players of another server? Can you handle the challenge?
DDTank is very similar to Worms and Gunbound, but runs on a browser window. With no need to download or install any files, DDTank is very accessible and casual friendly. Gameplay is easy to learn, but difficult to master. There are multiple game modes, and plenty of different weapon types to use. The game also provides players with tasks and quests to complete which give the game direction. DDTank has two game modes: Adventure and Sports. DDTank supports up to 4 players per match.
DDTank includes different social elements and activities on a World Menu that include:
Game House - This is where you'll line up to battle other players! Shop - Here you can customize and upgrade your character with vouchers and coins! Change your look and your arsenal! League - Here you can start or apply for a league! Join up for awesome benefits! Wedding Chapel - Get married here! Spa- Take a break from the fighting! Relax and earn EXP. DDtank also has Chat!Chat Features:
Current - Sends to everyone else in the World Chat screen, or if you're in battle, to everyone you're battling! League - Sends the message to everyone in your League! Private - Where your messages go when speaking to someone in PMs! Combat in DDTank is pretty straight forward: you either need to kill or knock your enemies off the map. Pretty easy - it just takes some time to learn how to practice aiming!Make sure to check out POWER-UPS, they really make a difference in your attacks!
Power Ups: Can do tons of stuff, ranging from increasing your POW meter, giving you back HP, making you invisible, and increasing the number, amount, and power of your attacks, and more!
