Rihanna, Blur and Janet Jackson tracks available for download.

LONDON - 22 December 2010 – Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that songs from Rihanna, Blur and Janet Jackson are now available for download on Xbox LIVE for Dance Central™, the first controller-free, body-tracking, fully immersive dance video game, exclusively for Kinect for Xbox 360.

Free from any controller, Dance Central™ features fun choreography and authentic routines for beginners and experts alike of all ages to master, alongside a killer 32-song soundtrack that spans a great sampling of pop, funk, hip-hop, Latin and R&B artists, including Cascada, Kylie Minogue, Salt-N-Pepa, Nelly Furtado, Christina Milian and more. Dance Central’s downloadable content delivers fresh music and new choreography and routines on Easy, Medium and Hard difficulties in Break It Down, Perform It! and Dance Battle modes that will keep the dance floor rocking.

Dance Central DLC Additions for Xbox 360

“Disturbia”, from Rihanna’s third album, Good Girl Gone Bad, will make its debut after the song, released in 2008, earned a 2009 Grammy® Award nomination for Best Dance Recording.

English alternative rock band Blur will make their Dance Central debut with the hit single “Girls & Boys”. The song peaked at No. 5 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 4 on the U.S. Billboard Modern Rock chart. The song was named ‘Single of the Year’ by UK music publication NME in 1994 and was nominated for a MTV Europe Music Award the same year.

Janet Jackson is also making her Dance Central debut with her legendary song, “Control”, from the album of the same name. The song was released in 1986 earned Miss Jackson a 1988 Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul or Rap Music Video.
