D3Publisher of America, Inc. Announces US & Canadian Distribution Agreements
Ditan Corporation to distribute in US and Ditan/Synergex to distribute in Canada
LOS ANGELES - July 6, 2005 - D3Publisher of America, Inc. (D3PA), a publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software, today announced two separate, exclusive distribution agreements that will provide product distribution for the United States and Canada. For the US, D3PA signed an agreement with Ditan Corporation, and in the Canadian market, Ditan/Synergex Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Synergex Corporation (TSX-V: SYX) will represent D3PA. Among the first titles to be distributed by Ditan Corporation and Ditan/Synergex Canada Inc. for D3PA is the recently announced Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi for Nintendo's Game Boy® Advance platform
scheduled for release in Q4 of 2005.

The agreement with Ditan Corporation, based in Sayreville, New Jersey, provides D3PA with distribution and logistics support for its products utilizing Ditan's state-of-the-art information systems in conjunction with point-of-origin shipping capabilities and retail compliance expertise.
