The video demonstrates how the in-game Recreational Vehicle (RV) becomes the player’s home in the World Tour mode and forms the interface that connects them to the game world. It also transports players to the game’s vibrant and bustling international locations ahead of race events, where huge crowds gather and some of today’s hottest bands are performing on nearby stages.

As players progress through the World Tour, their virtual mobile home enables them to access new locations via the map, buddy up with friends in multiplayer and also acts as a garage for their growing car collection. Reflecting their achievements, new trinkets and souvenirs appear from the locations players have visited. Players will gather keepsakes from everywhere they’ve been, such as an iconic red bus from London, a lucky cat from China, or a flying saucer from Utah (no self-respecting off-road star should be without one!).

Complete with full head-to-head competitive online play, get ready for the ultimate off-road competition when Colin McRae: DiRT 2 launches September 8th (US), 10th (EPAC), 11th (UK) for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft®, PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system, Wii™, Nintendo DS™ and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system.
