LONDON (Marach 2011) – Beautiful Game Studios, part of Square Enix Europe is pleased to announce that the 1980s are making a comeback with Championship Manager 1980s Legends coming soon to iPhone® and iPod Touch®.
Big haircuts, home internationals, English players going abroad and mobile phones everywhere...sound familiar? The 1980s are coming back round again and now is your chance to relive the footballing decade your way.
With Championship Manager 1980s Legends, prospective managers are able to change history as they take over some of the biggest teams from the decade, with all the players to match. Packed with a database featuring thousands of players from the 1980s you really will be able to build your dream team of the decade. Will you be able to tear Lineker away from Leicester City before Everton do? Or will Glenn Hoddle’s long passing skills attract you to make a bid for him?
Championship Manager 1980s Legends also features illustrated news stories from throughout the decade, as they happened. With multiple start dates, you can chose exactly when you want to drop into the decade of big hair and tiny shorts.

Championship Manager 1980s Legends is due for release in March, and will follow on from the popular Championship Manager 1970s Legends which is available now from the App Store.
