cdv Announces Comic-Con San Diego 2007 Lineup

Publisher also hosting two gaming seminars at show

cdv Software Entertainment USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of cdv Software Entertainment AG, is bringing several exciting new titles to this year's Comic-Con, being held in San Diego from July 26 to 29. Located in the "Hall of Games" section within the Maximum PC/PC Gamer "Gaming University" booth, cdv will be showing -

Tarr Chronicles: an exciting new single player sci-fi dog-fighting title with stunning 3D graphics and environments, and a compelling story of human survival among the harshest of elements.

Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened: a horror adventure that seamlessly blends the story of the famous detective with the sinister backdrop created by H.P. Lovecraft, as Sherlock Holmes takes on a cult of Cthulhu's followers.

Attack on Pearl Harbor: a fun, fast-paced arcade-action aircraft combat game in which players will fly some of the most popular planes of WWII while re-enacting key battles of the war.

cdv Software Entertainment USA will also sponsor two special gaming seminars as part of Maximum PC's Gaming University program - both seminars will take place in room 30AB in the San Diego Convention Center during Comic-Con. The History Channel® Great Battles of Rome will be shown exclusively on Saturday, July 28 from 5-6pm as a panel of representatives from cdv and editors from PC Gamer and Maximum PC discuss strategy gaming with attendees. Attack on Pearl Harbor will headline a similar panel focused on action games on Sunday, July 29 from 3:30-4:30pm.

cdv is also looking for additional titles to publish in late 2007 and throughout 2008, and invites all developers attending Comic-Con to meet with cdv if they would like to pitch titles for possible publication. To make an appointment, please contact Mario Kroll, mario.kroll@cdvus.com or +1.919.386.3475.

Please note, meetings only need to be scheduled if you're a developer seeking to meet with cdv; members of the media do not need to schedule appointments.
